Maarten Beart spent Months designing and simulating a better antenna that out preforms our current standard for video antennas, what he has come up with will change the industry!
We highly suggest putting a cover on the antenna you are going to put on the transmitter, we however do not suggest putting them on the receiver side.
From the images below you can clearly see how much better the Pagoda does at producing the desired polarization with out inducing the opposite like our current goto's the Skew and Clover!
Good as a transmitter antenna and as a receiving antenna.
This means that you will have cleaner video because you will not receive the reflected wave from your own transmitter and by using LHCP with RHCP you can more easily fly on adjacent channels with out losing video quality!
- Light Weight
- Extremely Durable
- Smaller than current omni antennas
- Nearly Perfect axial ratio
- Smoother radiation pattern
Center frequency: 5.8 GHz
Bandwidth: 500 MHz (5.55 .. 6.05 GHz)
Matching: S11 < -20 dB, VSWR < 1.22 (at center frequency)
Axial ratio: < 1.3
Radiation efficiency: 92%

Huge Increase in Video Quality!
I managed to smash up my cloverleafs and thought these were worth a try. Adding them to both my VTX and receiver made a massive difference in video quality and range. I'd had problems with static even flying in small spaces, which I'd chalked up to using a cheaper VTX. Adding these antennas fixed all those problems - much less static and longer range. For the price, these really are a no-brainer. It's a rare landing where I'm right-side up, but even with some rough hits, these antennas have managed to last just fine. And for the price, you can have a few spares on hand and still pay less than most antennas. I can't recommend these antennas enough!
